# $FOMO Circular Economy

The core of the tokenomic structure for $FOMO is based on the phenomenon of a circular economy and the network effect - whereby the actions of users benefit other users that are holding and engaging with the $FOMO token.

A Circular Token economy is a system that filters X amount of tokens from the ecosystem through transactional fee systems and revenue structures that enables us to then continuously provide rewards via Staking and P2E/W2E.

Users/holders of The Avenue as well as the $FOMO token engage with the platform and token, either passively or actively) and thereby enable generating value for other users that are participating in the $FOMO staking pool and other platforms within the ecosystem.
