# What is LP staking?

A liquidity pool provides the solution of ensuring a specific token has enough liquidity to enable buy and sell orders to be conducted. A liquidity pool contains two assets users can swap between with and with the price being determined by the ratio of the assets in the pool.

FOMO/ETH LP staking rewards equate to:

* **Staking FOMO/ETH LP in the 1-month pool: 15% APR**
* **Staking FOMO/ETH LP in the 3-month pool: 18.9% APR**
* **Staking FOMO/ETH LP in the 6 month pool: 32.4% APR**
